Insert characters.

BOOST_STATIC_STRING_CPP14_CONSTEXPR iterator
insert(
    const_iterator pos,
    size_type count,
    value_type ch);

Inserts count copies of ch before the character pointed by pos.

pos shall be valid within [data(), data() + size()]

Strong guarantee.

All references, pointers, or iterators referring to contained elements are invalidated. Any past-the-end iterators are also invalidated.

An iterator which refers to the first inserted character or pos if no characters were inserted
