Find the last occurrence of a character within the string.

Finds the last occurrence of c within the string before or at the index pos.

Linear.

The index corrosponding to the last occurrence of c within [begin(), begin() + pos] if it exists, and basic_static_string::npos otherwise.

Name	Description
`c`	The character to search for.
`pos`	The index to stop searching at. The default argument for this parameter is `basic_static_string::npos`.
